Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Homepixi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped for a full refund.
  • To cancel, contact us through our Contact page with your order number as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return as described below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.

To be eligible, please share clear photos/video of the issue along with your order number through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product page.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or to your provided bank/UPI details (for Cash on Delivery orders).
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item and would like a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
