This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on homepixi.com. We currently ship within India only.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Timelines
Once dispatched, standard delivery within India takes 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on:
· Delivery location (metro cities are typically faster than Tier 2/3 towns).
· Public holidays, natural events, or courier delays beyond our control.
· Remote or difficult-to-access pin codes.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a specified cart value — applicable offers will be shown on the website.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier’s website. For any tracking issues, email us at hello@homepixi.com.
5. Undelivered or Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically try again on the next business day. After 2–3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package. This video serves as proof in case of any damage, missing items, or incorrect products. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please: 1. Record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package and its contents. 2. Photograph the damaged packaging and product from multiple angles. 3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@homepixi.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 80782 34567. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Claims without supporting video or photo evidence may not be processed.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Homepixi is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
