4. Orders and Payment
An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are secured via third-party payment gateways.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at hello@homepixi.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our return process instead.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is as follows:
· Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.
· Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
· Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
· We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse unless the product is defective.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Homepixi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
